Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and promoting our range of fertilizers to meet the needs of farmers and . The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of agricultural practices and excellent sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers, including farmers, distributors, and agricultural businesses.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Promote and explain the benefits of our fertilizer products to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned territories or markets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer input.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports to management.
- Represent the company at trade shows, agricultural fairs, and other events.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or fertilizer industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices and fertilizer usage is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
