DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
i) To carryout lectures,seminars,tutorials and practicals for undergraduate programmes;
ii) To Set,invigilate and mark undergraduate examinations;
iii) To assist senior staff in lectures,seminars,tutorials and practicals for postgraduate programmes;
iv) To supervise projects and practical training for undergraduate students;
v) To conduct research and publishresults;
vi) To carryout consultancy and public services;
vii) To undergo postgraduate training to Ph Dlevel;
viii) To participate in relevant workshops and conferences;and
ix) To perform any other relevant duties as assigned by one’ssuperior.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master of Science specialising in either Horticulture, or Agrometeorology or Vertical Farming or Precision Agriculture or GIS and Remote sensing or Climate Change andsustainable development, or Crop modelling and Bachelor of Science in Crop Science and Technology or BSc. Agriculture General or BSc. Agronomy or BSc. Horticulture or BSc. Geography and environment, or BSc. Crop Production and Management, or BSc. Meteorology or BSc. in Meteorology and Climate Science.
